REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided by ContentSocial.

2. Before Service Start

If a client cancels before the agreed service start date, a full refund will be issued.

3. After Service Has Started

Once the service or coaching period has commenced, all payments are non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Social Media Management retainers

  • Coaching services

  • Any agreed service period

4. Inability to Deliver Services

If ContentSocial is unable to deliver the agreed services, a fair and proportional refund will be issued for any undelivered portion of the service.

5. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For ongoing or monthly services:

  • Cancellation will apply to the next billing period

  • No refunds will be issued for the current active period
