  • Social Media Coaching and consulting services

All services are provided on a contractual or agreed-upon basis between ContentSocial and the client.

3. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payments are typically charged on a monthly retainer basis

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services

  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

4. Pricing

Pricing varies depending on the scope of work and services required.
Custom quotes are provided to each client prior to engagement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, access, and information required for service delivery

  • Respond in a timely manner to communication requests

  • Ensure that all materials provided do not violate any laws or third-party rights

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of all content provided by them

  • ContentSocial retains the right to use created content for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed

  • All strategies, systems, and processes remain the intellectual property of ContentSocial

7. No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Follower growth

  • Engagement rates

  • Revenue outcomes

Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentSocial shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Platform-related issues (e.g., Instagram, TikTok outages or algorithm changes)

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed contract

  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed

  • No refunds will be issued for partial periods

10. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once the service or retainer period has commenced, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

12. Privacy & Personal Information (POPIA)

ContentSocial is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
